We are 50 this year!! The club was founded in 1959 and has been a great place for new and experienced anglers to meet and enjoy their sport. The club has gone from strength to strength in recent years. Lets hope the next 50 bring just as many happy memories and even more fish!
Welcome of Dymchurch and District Sea Angling Clubs website.
The fishing in 2008 has been nothing short of outstanding. The cod fishing carried on well into the year with good numbers of sporting codling along with a few good sized specimens topped by a cracking fish of 22lb 8oz! From March onwards boats began fishing the wrecks and good numbers of bass were on the feed. The quality of the fish this year has been out of this world with many bass being 6-8lb being caught topped by some specimens just shy of the magic 10lb. Heres a sample of bass caught in 2008 by Dymchurch club members.

Our club is affiliated to the NFSA (National Federation of Sea Anglers) and is currently one of the most active in the south east with regular boat and beach events. Check out the gallery for pictures of fish caught by our members and the latest catches page for recent catch reports and pictures of whats being caught right now.
If you would like to join our club please feel free to contact us or come along to a forthcoming event. You can also print off an application form by going to the join the club page.
